1. The object of the rules

This contract (therefore "Rules"), after approval by the Customer (Check the box next to the statement "I agree to the terms of service and will adhere to them unconditionally."), becomes a binding agreement, which sets out the Customer and Seller rights and obligations, the purchasing of goods and paying for them in terms of confirming the order and delivery procedures, responsibilities, and other countries to purchase goods - an online store selling "oko-games.com" related rules.

The Seller reserves the right at any time to amend or supplement these Terms, in accordance with the requirements of the law. In case of changes, corrections, or additions Customer will be informed by receiving a newsletter if one has registered for that and will have to re-approve the amended Rules while checkout procedure.

Shopping is allowed to:

a. Adults, i.e. persons who have reached the age of majority, whose rights are not restricted by court procedures or the law;

b. Legal entities;

c. Authorized representatives of all the above persons.

2. Protection of personal data

Any information that is related to personal data and which is received, collected or proceeded while registering Account, shopping, or receiving our personal e-mails is not distributed to third parties and is not used for purposes that do not comply with our store Terms and conditions or European GDPR. 3. Customer’s rights

The Customer has the right to purchase goods in "oko-games.com" in accordance with these Rules. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the Purchase and Sale Agreement concluded with the "oko-games.com" store, informing the Seller thereof in writing (by e-mail, indicating the desired return of the item and its order number) no later than within 7 (seven) working days from item delivery date. The returned games must be unpacked (returned in the manufacturer's packaging, as received).

4. Customer's obligations

The Customer must pay for the goods and accept them in accordance with the procedure established by these Rules. 

The Customer undertakes the obligation not to transfer to third parties their personal Account data, e. e. username, the password any other information that could harm Customers data privacy. If the Customer loses his login information, he must immediately contact Seller the means of communication specified in the "Contact us" section.

If the data provided in the Customer Registration Form changes, he must update it in his/her Account in order to make a new order.

By using the "oko-games.com" store, the Customer undertakes to comply with these Rules, other terms do not violate the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania or common acts of the European Union

5. Seller's rights

If Customer attempts to harm "oko-games.com" business stability and security or breaches its obligations, the Seller is entitled immediately without notice to restrict or stop him from buying or, in exceptional cases, cancel the Customer's registration. In the event of material circumstances, the Seller may temporarily or completely terminate the shop without notifying the Customer without prior notice. The Seller is entitled to cancel his order without prior notice to the Customer if the Customer does not pay for the goods within 2 (two) business days.

6. Seller's obligations

The Seller undertakes to provide the Customer with the services provided by "oko-games.com" under the terms and conditions specified in these Rules and the e-shop.

The Seller undertakes to respect the Customer's privacy right to the personal information contained in the Account of "oko-games.com" and not to transfer it to other parties, except in cases described in Seller’s Privacy policy.

The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Customer at the address indicated by him.

The Seller, due to important circumstances, unable to deliver the goods ordered to the Customer, undertakes to offer a similar or as much as the possible similar and comparable product. If the Customer refuses to accept the most similar product of the same or similar characteristics, the Seller undertakes to return the money paid by the Customer within 3(three) business days if the prepayment has been made.
